What styles of music does the D.J. play?
LUNADISC Entertainment is constantly updating a large and varied music collection. Everything from the latest hits to songs you haven't heard in years. The main thing is that you, the client, decides what to hear. Requests are always taken and you are always welcome to bring your own music to play. See our Play List section for more details.
What will the D.J. wear? LUNADISC D.J.'s are always dressed appropriately. From formal events to casual parties, we won't embarrass you by the way we present ourselves. What kind of equipment will the D.J. provide? Professional high end Digital sound and a large and varied light package are always included. Wireless mics are essential to a quality performance. Backup equipment is always provided so that the event never stops. Remember that all the best gear in the world is useless unless the person operating it has a clue as to when and how it's used. LUNADISC has that knowledge. Who will be our D.J. and will we get a chance to meet him? The person you meet with at your initial consultation will be the same one who'll meet with you before you event to help coordinate and will be the one at your event knowing the details that you have discussed with him. If for some reason he is not available for your event, LUNADISC has back up D.J.'s who upon mutual agreement between you and LUNADISC will be your D.J. that evening. That D.J. will also know all the details of your event and will perform in a professional manner. |  |
Is the D.J. Bi-Lingual?
We are fluent in Spanish and will communicate in English and Spanish so that none of your guests feel left out of your event.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Professional D.J.'s are, or should be....
Has the D.J. performed at this type of event before?
With as many different types of events as we've been a part of, chances are, yes we have. In the rare chance we haven't, we will not only research the event, but consult with you on any of the particulars to ensure it's success.
Is the D.J. familiar with the location of the event?
LUNADISC will go to the venue beforehand to survey the room and location of the D.J. booth. We will consult with you as to the best location to place us so that we can give you the best performance possible. If you have not found a location for your event, LUNADISC will be happy to recommend venues that we are familiar with and know that they will serve your needs.
Will the D.J. oversee the timing of the event?
We will work with all other professionals (photographers, caterers, venue staff, etc.) and run your event smoothly according to what you and LUNADISC have discussed during our consultations.
What's a Party Instigator?
We have knack of keeping the energy building throughout the event. With our talent and expertise, we play the music that keeps people dancing when they didn't think they would. We instigate the mood of the evening and then get out of the way and let you and your guests party all night.
